We received products we had not…

We received products we had not ordered. Size, model, color, number of products ... all was wrong. After having to put time into writing to them, then sending photos of the products and the package, the response from the company was to give back the money. So instead of quickly sending the right products, they have me lose even more time, having to enter their webshop, find the products, place the order and wait to hopefully receive the products I have ordered for the second time. Not a good way to solve a mistake on their behalf.

I am pulling my hair out

I am pulling my hair out with frustration.
The sent me a faulty pair, it took many many emails and at least 8 photographs before they agreed to allow me to return them at no cost to myself. I wanted a replacement pair which I ordered separately and paid for, I have today been informed that they have repaid my postage. So again I am having to fight them for the refund I am due. They are hopeless! No pair of flip flops are worth this much hassle.

What a shambles company

What a shambles company. Trying to return an item is impossible. 3 emails stating they will send postage labels, never received any . No one ever answers the phone . Looks like I'm stuck with them . Probably a scam company. BEWARE

Never again!!

So wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, mules turned up ridiculously too small (even tho I'd sized up) and quality is rubbish.

To top it all I've now got to spend another £4.90 to return them (and by the sounds of it from other reviews be lucky to even get my money back)

Appalling customer services they will not refund you

I purchased 2 pairs via official website UK DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FIRM the flip flops are too large i have tried to return them no paperwork in package QR code on package does NOT work website doesNOT work I have made 6 calls to customer services no call handler seems to be able to resolve the issue they promise to call me back and they don’t I am referring the matter to UK trading standards GB06282042-005281667 this is my order no I wonder if this review will prompt someone to contact me !

Poor customer service and poorly made product

Poor customer service with slow response times and reluctance to address faulty products. Returns are expensive, even for defective items. Surprisingly, my £1.00 Primark flip flops offer better quality. I'm disappointed because this brand used to be quality, and I didn't mind paying premium prices for their products. I advise avoiding them as they're not worth the money or hassle anymore.

Awful

Awful. Wish I'd read these before ordering. Sliders too small so attempted return. Website just has you going round in circles. Eventually emailed and they did send me a return label saying the sizing was continental and I should have ordered up! Returned and advised refund within 14 WORKING days. Came and went no refund had to email again. Refund then processed but minis £5 return fee. Never again

Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE.
I paid an extra $25 on top of my $210 order to receive my shipment before my vacation. I never received a shipment confirmation nor a tracking number to monitor the arrival time. When I called customer service to find out, they said the order would arrive 8 days after I ordered. So now I won't have my order in time and I also won't be home when it arrives, which outs my shipment at risk of being stolen from my porch. Havaiana's also will not refund me the expedited shipping cost which is totally rude and inconsiderate. They just lost a customer.
BEWARE- When selecting expedited shipping method on checkout page you will not receive your shipment in 2-4 business days. They will add 4 days of processing time to your order, then proceed to ship the item(s) which can take another 4 days. So expect your package to arrive 8 days later at the earliest. Your total shipping time will not be displayed on your order confirmation email. Nor will you get a tracking number sent to you after your purchase. You will be left in the dark regarding total length of time for your sandals to arrive.

Is this website even legit? The copyright hasn't been updated in 2 years
Reading the reviews makes me think it's not legit
I've been trying to get something for days and I've been offered all kinds of discount codes by Havaianas and they never work. It says today it's free shipping but it continues to charge me and no one can help

Incompetent beyond belief

Bought several pairs of flip flops worth £108.45 on Monday. I still qualified to use the NIGHTVIP20 discount code until 9 that morning.

Checked the order out but it took the money before allowing me the opportunity to apply the discount code.

Emailed a reply to my order asking to cancel - it just bounced back!

Went to the UK site and sent a further email. Totally ignored.

Recevied an email this afternoon to say the item had been delivered Utter nonsense - no package or even a card to say it is with a neighbour etc.

Why would it be? I've been in all day.

Turns out they have delivered it to my local post office?!?!

That could be any one of 3 post offices and I have no paperwork to show the package is mine, not that I want it.

Have opened a dispute with PayPal.

These people are utter morons! I've been buying their stuff for as long as I can remember, but this is absolutely the last time.

I bought a few pairs, didn’t understand how worked those size. 2 came wrong size and 1 came with a little damage.
Contacted customer service by email and fast I got everything sorted.
Giuliana was very kind, I really appreciate your help. Definitely I will be back!

Beautiful flip flops

I love my new Havaianas flip flops, they are gorgeous & stylish. I’m very pleased with my order, they delivered it very quickly. I don’t really know why the bad reviews as I haven’t had any problem at all with them. Also quality are amazing, I have a pair since 7 years & they are still ok. I will order again.

Theft

I bought a pair of flip flops and they were delivered to the post office and I was not notified. When I finally figured out where they were I went to the post office to find they had been returned. I have contacted customer services and had no response. So I have no flip flops and I have not received a refund. This is theft. Please stay clear of these people. There’s no parcel tracking (you get 1 or 2 staus updates but no tracking info) and no one responds to messages. Absolute thieves. My order number is GB10152023-003920099 for verification

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I made a purchase on the website on the 6th, it was a Christmas gift and I stupdly thought 18 days would be more than enough time to get the item in time. Any other shop you buy you get the item delivered in maximum of a week, but not with them. The chat doesn't work, the emails are not responded to, the people that pick up the phone are completely CLUELESS, it's almost as everyone has just started working at the company, they don't care at all, they don't try to find a solution nor demonstrate they intend to find one. The courier simply lost my item and I ended up having to get a refund as no one has any ideia what is going on, now I'm left without the gift 5 days before Christmas. Don't recomend and wouldn't buy again.

Awful service and product

A brand that makes use of a name whose the associated quality disappeared more than 10 years ago.

In addition to the short durability of the flip-flops, the finishes are terrible. Awful online service and support. Agents don't know what they're talking about and don't provide logical solutions.

I placed a large order on Black Friday (5 pairs) that never arrived home and was then returned with no possibility of having the same items. They gave me a discount code but the price was always more expensive than the original order.

As if that wasn't enough, after a new order with completely different items because none of the initial ones were available, the order also didn't arrive at home and was left at a delivery point never mentioned. There was not even an attempt to deliver to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Furthermore, all the slippers arrived dirty and defective.

I don't recommend it and I won't buy anything from this brand again.

Poor Service

I purchased a very large order cos they have a sale on, its not the first time I've ordered and had a delivery but this time they said they couldn't deliver to my address which is very strange. I actually think the courier didn't bother to attempt to deliver as I was waiting in for the delivery and now my order is on its way back. But maybe my order didn't get sent out at all???

Bad costumer experience and support

I love the products. I use it since I was a child. But the experience with the website is the worst possible. They sell things in BR size and EU size. I order 3 products and received 2 diferents size. And now I have to pay to return since it's theirs mistake. Take in account that even if you don't like or they send the wrong size, you have to pay 3.90 to return it. I should have read here before buying there. I was expecting the same experience as I have with other websites. After reach the costumer services many times, they agreed to make the return for free. I will only buy again if you are sure about the size

Item came quick

Item came quick, but shocking quality not worth a fiver let alone full price,wish i had looked at reviews then would not have bought from them. Also why such a charge to return its a joke im guesssing so you hope people just end up keeping the crap they have ordered

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered flip flops which they said would be delivered within 5 days. Tracking stated they were despatched the next day. However then there was no further progress on the tracking. No updates given. I contacted Havaiana asking where my order was. They eventually responded saying that the order had been returned and they were unable to resend. What on earth is going on! Doesn’t seem like they were despatched at all. I asked for a refund. This hasn’t been done yet. No apologies given. Very bad customer service!
