very similar to others....the product I…

very similar to others....the product I like, but sizing is a big issue...the online store size guide clearly says for EU 41/42 order Havaianas size 41/42. I did and they sent me EU 43/44, which are ridiculously huge. After initial, return and reorder postage it simply isn't worth it, may as well throw away...they know they have a problem, it's a 10 minute coding fix on the website, but they'd rather we all just keep paying for it. Not good enough, don't use.

I agree with all the negative feedback. I ordered one pair of flip flops 12 days ago. The only tracking I can find says they have been delivered. No they haven’t!!
Like other reviewers, I can’t get through on the phone, it just plays music? The site won’t let me send an email and the live chat, is a joke. She said she doesn’t understand what I’m talking about 😱
I told her to get stuffed.
They charged me £4 shipping.
Don’t have anything to do with this company, they stink.

Nearly 10 days and order not arrived

Nearly 10 days and order not arrived. Awful customer service - guy with poor english said order is delayed and no idea when it will arrive, should be by end of week. This will be 2 weeks since order. No remorse and not concerned for bad reviews. In fact told me to go ahead and complain online. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Fraudulent!

Fraudulent!
Horrible customer service.
I bought three pairs and always am the same size. (35-36)
But one pair came back much smaller than what it should be. Their feedback on this is that the Havaianas factory routinely changes the templates and that one should allow for a 1cm short fall!!!
Now they refuse to refund. Offered me a £5 voucher to buy another pair that may or may not fit!
Beware everyone- your size is not guaranteed and mine was a whole size smaller! The ‘Sale’ must be all these size rejects they want to get rid off.
Worst customer service.

I've bought two pair of flip flops…

I've bought two pair of flip flops because of the deals and i've nothing to complain about them, or, to be more specific, they worth their price if bougth with discount price, otherwise are a bit too expensive compared to other similar. But mine complaint is about the shipment: this is the second time they took to much to send the product while the courier service seems to be always fast. You have to improve your logistics if you want to stay on the e-market!

I haven't even received the items yet and have to give them 1 star. When going through the ordering stage there was no indication of delivery or time it would take to arrive, once ordered I did not get any emails telling me that the order has even been placed so I waited the obligatory 24hrs before digging in to work out what had gone wrong, I messaged them to be told it could be 3-5 before being dispatched. I have now got an email saying it's in transit but hasn't been handed over to courier, also no prior mention it was coming from Netherlands, when I purchased these from the website this should be in the description that they are not a UK based product and might take longer to come through, I'll be waiting for the vat and duty next🤦

Poor

They look nice, but are totally useless.
I have to buy a pair every year as their life is only one summer.

Many times I've found myself walking miles barefoot because they have yet again broken at the stalk.

And yet, some totally cheap sandals have lasted years

Extremely disappointed with the…

Extremely disappointed with the product. It’s extremely comfortable and lovely to wear, if it doesn’t break.
It’s my second pair within 2 years which have just broken for no apparent reason.

Don't order online if you don't own a printer at home

Don't order online unless you have access to a printer to be able to print your own returns label as goods are not sent with this basis bit of paperwork on delivery so if the size is wrong/quality is poor or any of the other statutory covered rights for return, especially when shopping online, forget it this lot won't make it easy. They won't even issue a QR code for Royal Mail to be able to print off the returns label for. Awful, awful customer experience in this digital age - don't do online if you can't 'do online'.

Have to agree with bad reviews

Have to agree with bad reviews, I ordered 2 pair of sandals (around $80) for a birthday gift, their site said anything over $75 gets free 2 day shipping. It's been one week, nothing has shipped, the birthday is today, their support phone number is disconnected, I emailed support which replied "submit a ticket here: " with a link to some form, which I filled out 3 days ago, no response yet. At this point no idea if they're coming or not or if I just got scammed. Definitely missed the birthday!

Absolutely disgusting my emails was blocked by them and when I called them they denied it😡 just received them and omg in a massive box not even wrapped in nothing and not in a normal Havana box never again 😡

Stay Away!!

Stay Away!!! Dont order online! I ordered 2 pair 14 days ago and they hadn't even been shipped yet. Their customer service phone nbr is not a working number. After numerous emails I finally got an email today saying my order was cancelled because they are not available. What a crock!

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could, worked for this company which itself is fine to work for. However, the delivery was always delayed leaving us nothing to put out onto the shop floor and the managers were disgustingly poor at their jobs! Made my experience traumatic, working at the Bluewater Shopping Centre that I do not recommend to anyone, treat you like dirt and made to do jobs within a role that managers are supposed to do with a low pay rate.

I do not recommend

Well, I got mine another 3 pairs of havaianas flip-flops today and unfortunately they are not the best. First time I ordered havaianas flip-flops over 3 years ago and it was havaianas slim bright green color. By far the best which I was having in my life. Last year I bought 1 pair again and this week another 3 pairs and I am really disappointed. They looks really nice but quality is not the best. I bought slim and slim II but glitter one and straps is very loose on the foot and they are very slippery I think because of this glitter and is not comfy to wear them at all. I made a mistake because I cut tag off so I can't return them. But overall I DO NOT recommend unfortunately. They used to be really nice flip flops but not anymore.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS. SENT WRONG SIZE AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THEIR MISTAKE! SAID I COULD HAVE FREE SHIPPING ON NEXT ORDER!!! THE SHIPPING WAS ALREADY FREE. ONLY £3.90 OUT OF POCKET, BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT!!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I CAN SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING THIS ISSUE. CAN'T EVEN GET THROUGH TO THEM TO FURTHER DISCUSS.

Poor customer service on Havaianas flipflops

Poor customer service. Got the slim fit sparkle flipflops, but after wearing them one afternoon the skin on my feet was damaged. The sparkles cut my skin. After contacting customer service I was offered a discount of 15% on my next purchase. So… my skin is damaged and I have to buy another pair of flipflops as a compensation? This discount is offered to anybody who is subscribing to their newsletter…. I think it’s a fail. You don’t know your skin is getting damaged unless you wear the flipflops. Was hoping Havaianas was a trustworthy company.

I was literally scammed

I was literally scammed! Ordered a 45/46 size and they sent a 47/48. In the end, they said there was no logistical error. That's how it was supposed to be because they decided to send one size higher to any EU order! According to them, I would now have to order again a 43/44 size to then get my 45/46 wanted size..... SCAM!

Very bad customer service I order 3…

Very bad customer service I order 3 pairs of flip flop on the basis I was told on there promotional day there was a free return policy. Now been told I will be charged. Call customer service very rude. Would not order from this website again. Can not even print the return label of as there website is down.

Don’t do it!

Horrible customer service! Took weeks to receive the shoes, which I had to order from another company in the meantime to receive in time. I have been waiting on my refund for a month. I waited on hold for over an hour to speak to someone. Emails go unanswered for weeks. When people do pick up the phone they are friendly, but they keep promising a resolution and I am still waiting. If you want these shoes, order from Zappos and avoid the hassle. I will never buy from them again due to the frustration this company as caused.
