On 25/06 they had not arrived so I called them, they can’t find my name, order number or anything about me so I offered to send my email copy of order confirmation. They gave me a bogus email address To send details to. So I called again. Order now found but there is a problem with the item ordered, I asked for the order to be cancelled and my payment refunded.
09/07 14 days later still no refund and I have called every day and get told the same rubbish! Absolutely shocking customer service. I have just received an email telling me that the finance dept have refunded but we will see, I don’t hold out much hope.
Update 08/12 still no refund or goods delivered.

Well another update after yet a further 17 days.
It has now been 8 weeks (56 days) since wrong size goods were sent back to these people.
Firstly they said they would send money back to my CC (NEVER HAPPENED)
Now they say "send us your IBAN/BIC codes and we will send to your bank account.
Having checked with my bank that to do so IS secure that is what I have done.
3 days later they say "it may take another 14 days"
Yeah right.........holding my breath on that one?

I am leaving it with the fraud department of my CC company.

They told me I could keep this and send me a refund although I have no idea when I will get this refund. The 3rd pair was sent in the wrong size. I clearly ordered size 35 and I received size 33. Website clearly shows size 35 is a UK 3. So this is what I ordered. They are claiminh I ordered a European size 35!!! No where does it say I am ordering European size. I am from UK and have looked at the size chart according to my UK size. They continously lie that they have sent the correct size and refuse to send me a refund even though I have sent pictures of what they sent. I have made a claim through my credit card company. Horrible customer service. Bought 2 pairs. They sent me the wrong size. I had to pay for the return postage and they refused to refund me, when it was their own mistake. They basically broke EU law. Run away from this store.
Awful returns process
I love the product but I ordered the wrong size. (Their sizing is confusing to say the least!) The returns process is awful. The website is hard to navigate and the "print returns label" just wouldn't work. So I called customer services to be told that I had to pay to return them to an address in Italy. This will probably cost more than what the shoes are worth and the address doesn't even have Havaianas in it, seems like a generic address, so Im nervous that they will not even receive them. Shocking returns process and for this reason I will never order from this site again.
Shocking quality and service
Terrible quality. I purchased one of the rubber type bags for my holiday. I used it for one week and then only inside my beach bag to keep things organised. On arriving home I found the handle had broken. I sent photos and was told this was wear and tear. £20 for a weeks use? Not fit for purpose. And not able to leave a review on the product nor reply to their email. Save your money people.

Delivery arrived just fine. But they do not fit. My fault, however the returns progress is terrible. Pay for postage to return, but the return address is in Italy!! £16 to return £20 pair of flip flops!

Ordered over 2 months ago and received one the pairs wrong. I communicated with the store and after providing photos they agreed to return the wrong item. 2 months after, seeing that it was delivered to their warehouse, and after reaching out to them still no refund or reply. They are simply just stealing people's money and they have the worst customer service. I haven't seen such a service from any other store by far it makes me wonder how it is so popular. The products are not even worth it as it badly made. Be cautious when buying.

Distance selling law enables a 14 day cool off period for anything purchased over the phone or online. You are in breach of my legal rights and thus I have now reported you to trading standards and refunded the fee direct via my bank for fraud . -ENJOY :)

Ordered two pairs of Havaianas via their website. Big mistake. My order was delivered to someone else in my neighbourhood, even though I was at home all day, the driver allegedly said that there was no-one at my address! It took several calls to Customer Services, I was cut off a few times which is very frustrating, and two days later I managed to locate the delivery parcel at a nearby address. Why did the delivery go there??
There was only one pair of shoes in the parcel - I ordered and paid for two!! Every time I called Customer services I was told that I needed my original shoebox and parcel so that they could investigate where the error occurred (warehouse, delivery etc). But how could I do this if I never received the parcel in the first place? I gave up. I will never ever buy Havaianas again.

I wanted to return them but the return address is in Italy, so the postage costs twice the price of the item (~£40 with a guarantee). I have been trying to contact their Customer Service dept for a few weeks now - sending emails with photos of my complaint - and trying to ring them - the number used was based in Ireland!!!!! The person I spoke to was very hard to understand and spoke so slowly I wanted to give up - managed to get an alternative email address but not holding out much hope of a response - have not even received an acknowledgement of my complaint - would not recommend buying online to anyone - they need to get their act together.
Do Not use Havainas UK site
Having bought a pair of havainas for a present at Christmas I then found out they were too small so went to return them only to discover that the so called Havainas UK was actually in Italy! So to return a pair of £20 flip flops would cost me the same to send them back by courier. I therefore posted them with proof of posting. Having heard nothing I chased the company and they keep denying that they have received them and want proof of actual delivery. I am sure this web site is a con and not legitimate as the payment paid is also full of typing mistakes. DO NOT USE THEM.
