Great Service - Really quick and easy to deal with!
Great service from HaveBike, kept me informed throughout and collection and delivery drivers were fantastic!
Simple easy to use service
A brilliant service making the servicing of my bike so much easier. Transparency on additional services was good and able to pick and choose your options on the work they carried out. Definitely will use them again
Great service
Great service, all done as they said it would be. Bike back looking good and with a little more done than expected.
Very efficient
Very efficient, punctual and friendly teamwork Company.
An excellent service provided.
My bicycle needed quite a major repair, so I opted for the "certification test" and made an evening booking for collection the next day. Communication about the collection was excellent, and the same day it was collected I received a list of what work was necessary and what further work was recommended. During the following days, while some parts were on order, I received helpful email updates. The arrangements for delivering my bike back to me were also very efficient, and I was very happy with the repairs. Staff were friendly and polite throughout. I recommend this company.
Really poor
Really poor! Bad communication - very delayed - bike not completely fixed! The three issues together made for a very bad experience. Needless to say I will not use them again for any other bikes!

£69.99 for the standard checkup and yet…
£69.99 for the standard checkup and yet the list of components and additional labour came up to £247. Half the value if the bike. I got pilfered. I happen to have a "friend" who works at a cycle store near Bethnal Green. He checked my bike over for me, tightened the breaks and then fixed a rear wheel puncture- £12. The bike is less than a year old so the theft was blatant. £30 was nonrefundable - oddly enough the atandard price for a London bike service.

Really great service
Really great service. Team was communicative at every step of the process and turn around was very fast. Will use again, bike came back in fantastic condition.
Overall very pleased
I was very pleased with the bike service overall. There was a slight delay due to the ordering of parts but that was to be expected.
My only criticism is communication. It would be nice to actually speak to someone instead of emails and chattalk.
Also they stated a time slot for its return and then delivered it back 45 minutes before stated and I was out. So I had to make numerous calls to get it back

Very happy with excellent service and so convenient the bike was serviced and repaired in one day and collected and delivered I will definitely be getting my bike serviced with you next year. Thank you so much.
Tyre bulging off rim when inflated
Tyre bulging off rim when inflated. Phoned have bike to talk about it, mechanics not available, told to use the Halfords chat bot?!

Great service from Havebike
Great service from Havebike. Everything from booking to collection and details from the workshop on the progress of the service to deliver was fantastic. Exactly how you'd expect it to be. Will be using them again.
Not deluxe, but not bad.
I paid £99 for a deluxe service. I thought this was excellent value considering it included not only the service but also a clean AND a drop off and pick up to my front door. This compares well with any local bike shop or independent mechanic I know in my area. Registering and booking was easy and there were plenty of collection slots available. So far, so five stars.
The collection/drop off was excellent. James was friendly and stayed in contact throughout. Still five stars.
Given that my bike was only 8 months old, and has only done about 300 miles of easy commuting, I was surprised to receive a call suggesting that it needed a new brake rotor and pads, and astonished at the price quoted for this. I can't shake the feeling that this is really how Havebike make their profits. Nathan himself was polite and professional on the phone, accepted my decision not to proceed and didn't try to pressure me. However, I have deducted a star for what seems to me like an attempt to profit from less confident or less knowledgeable customers.
On return, James was again excellent. The bike itself was clean - and I was also impressed that plastic wrap had been put around my handlebars to protect the bar tape.
Unfortunately there were a couple of issues with the bike for which I have to deduct a further star. Brakes had not been tightened, and the front wheel brake pads had been misaligned such that they now contact the rotor and the front wheel doesn't rotate freely. There is also an audible noise coming from the front axle which was not present before.
In summary - if you know your bike and what it needs, and are confident enough to refuse unnecessary and overpriced fixes then I would just about recommend the standard service for those pushed for time or unable to drop their bike off at a local bike mechanic, as the pickup/drop off service just about makes that good value. If there are specific issues with your bike, or you know it will need parts fitted, then I would recommend finding a good local mechanic instead.

Do not trust them
Do not trust them. They charge sooo much money on top of servicing for every small thing. Not only that they kept my bike for 6 more days without updating me. Every time i call them no body picks up. this service is a SCAM. If you do not want headache just walk into a store atleast you will have your answers on time.

Good service with smaller flaws
Good service, detailed and presice certification assessment by the technician which I think the most important part. Both the pick up and the drop off was 1 hour later than the planned timeframe. I had to adjust the front derailleur on my own because it was in contact with the front guard at the top 2 position. The replacement labour cost hurts a bit. I can understand why it is not cheap, because have some experince doing it, but it still hurts (I am human), especially in light of that I ordered delux package. Maybe a slightly more generous balance between the packages and the additional cost could help that.
I had my doubts after reading few…
I had my doubts after reading few negative reviews but their were also some positive reviews. So I took the leap of faith & booked my bike in for service. The communication was 1st class & bike was picked up on time. The driver was friendly & also asked me if I wanted him to tell the mechanics anything & he will pass it on. After 24 hours I was quoted a price for price & labour. The prices are premium but so is the service & your bike gets picked up & dropped off. I decided to go ahead & paid around £350. But remember you only need one full service every 12 months and you should be able to do basic maintenance yourself if needed. My bike came back fully serviced and was running beautifully with all the problems solved. I would highly recommend Havebike they are very professional and the communication throughout was excellent. Premium prices but I thinks its worth it...
