Rosie’s Dog Face jacket
Rosie receives so many compliments when she wears her ‘Dog Face’ jacket. We love it!! As well as being fashionable, it’s practical and keeps her warm, but not too warm.
(It’s also useful to include your dogs chest size when ordering so that you get the correct fit.) Rosie wears her harness over the jacket.

Ordered two coats now both times the sleeves wer'e way too short. Refund took ages, sent back to my PayPal via an e cheque. Took 15 days to clear. Nope not shopping there again, clothes are lush though

As a small business this review is difficult to read especially as I see you kept a coat from us that you ordered on 3rd January. I do not think that we deserve two stars and that you must have been happy with a coat from us and I remember speaking to you regarding the second coat to advise to go up in size (my help and advice was not mentioned in your review). We know the styles well hence why we advise this. As for the PayPal refund, we refund within 7 days of receiving your return back and I’m afraid we cannot control the fact that paypal (through the back of our website) sends an echeque. I am happy however you love our stock. I will however look into the PayPal echeque for you and for us. In the meantime I would ask you to please consider the two stars you have given us. As a small business during these uncertain times and we work really hard on our personal service. Many thanks, Kate
