Refund process is terrible, I’m still waiting for refund to clear almost 3 weeks after returning item.

Thank you for your comment. We refunded you within 7 working days of receiving your order back. I’ve checked your order which was refunded on 23rd October and you should have had a confirmation from us regarding this. I have checked our paypal also and it says the transaction is completed, refunded 23rd October. I would ask you to contact your PayPal if you have not received the refund and I also ask that you please rethink the one star review as we have acted correctly and a one star review is damaging to our good reputation. I absolutely love my top that I bought from Have To Love. I had to return my order, due to needing a bigger size. The customer service was excellent and I returned my item with ease and received my exchanged item quickly and it's perfect. Will definitely shop here again. Recommended for sure!

Total different shopping experience doing on-line purchases.
Deliveries seem to take longer than expected and was a little disappointed on how long it took to receive the goods.
