Excellent service and advice, great prices

This shop is fabulous. I’ve bought many items from here. The items are unique and quite exclusive. You rarely see anyone else in the clothes that i’ve bought and i regularly get comments from people asking where my clothes are from. I always recommend Havetolove! Ordered online and got a dress in the sale at a fantastic price. The fashion range is outstanding and service was very prompt and despatched at stealth! I would highly recommend !

I bought my first item from Havetolove last week. The online process was simple and quick and it was an extra bonus that I could pay with Paypal! Havetolove gives you the option of ordering into the store which is really convenient for me as I am local to the area. Also, I received a discount for my first purchase on top of what was already a discounted item. Overall, I very positive experience!

After ordering a Christmas present online I discovered that it was in fact the wrong colour that I had purchased. After emailing the contact provided online I received a reply the next day identifying it was no problem to exchange however the colour was out of stock. Alternatives were praented and the offer of letting me know if the colour came in before Christmas was provided. The lady who was emailing couldn't do enough. Very personal and supportive. Customer service at its best!!!

I was so pleased with the items I had purchased unfortunately 1 dress was to small but I kept another 1. very good quality material wise. the items were wrapped in tissue paper which is a nice touch I thought. I received my items quickly as well.well done to Havetolove pleased I found this site.a deff 5 stars for you.

I ordered two dresses and they were delivered beautifully wrapped with a hand written note hoping I was pleased with them. I was!

I ordered a two piece from the website, the delivery took quite a while due to the bank holiday and the fitting of the item was difficult to judge. I am usually a size 10-12 so ordered the M this was still however to big.
The hand wrapping and personalised card was a lovely touch, would definatley buy from this store again :-)
