Adventure, stunning nature, and warm hospitality
We had an excellent and unforgettable trip to Uganda; well-designed, well-paced, and full of extraordinary experiences. The highlights were definitely the gorilla trek and white-water rafting on the White Nile.
The lodges were lovely, with friendly, accommodating staff who kindly cleaned our jungle gear and muddy boots.
Our guides were outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and adaptable, ensuring we had an incredible gorilla tracking experience.
Towards the end, we faced some issues with one guide and transport, as well as flight cancellations and rescheduling. Our main contact was exceptionally responsive, calm, and supportive, resolving problems swiftly and ensuring we got home safely.
Overall, this was a spectacular trip filled with adventure, stunning nature, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Uganda.

Superb service and knowledge of the regio.
Having just experienced an amazing holiday in Florida with Hayes and Jarvis, we decided to book our once in a lifetime holiday in 2027 with them too. Their India specialist Jas Bhela has been exceptional in putting together our itinerary and recommending Hotels as Flights along with excursions that suits our requirements. Trip of a Life Time
I had heard the name Hayes & Jarvis in the past and recognised them to have a good reputation. When I wanted to arrange our anniversary holiday in a destination I had no knowledge of, you came to mind.
All I can be, is so thankful I had heard of you before.
The experience overall has been nothing short of the best of our lives. To the recommendations, knowledge and arrangements completed by Jane Bassil and David Kiriinya were unbelievable! What was recommended (and sold) was delivered with icing and sugar on the top; from start to finish the trip was awesome!

So pleased I chose Hayes & Jarvis. Mark Larwood originally arranged our itinerary which was superb. The 2 lodges we stayed at were gorgeous and our personal safari guide was excellent, he was experienced and so passionate about his career, we felt we were so lucky to have him.
