Clair was so helpful, took time with us to help us make our decision. We left it a few days to decide and she didn’t push us. When we rang to go ahead she was so professional and friendly, it was a very good buying experience.

We have been trying for a while to get a vacation. We decided to pop in and ask for assistance.
Really glad we did.
People in the Aberdeen office were fantastic and pleasant, experienced in their fields end to end result for both my Hubby and me.

My wife and I went into hay's travel travel in tha bon accord centre in aberdeen we spoke to a young guy called chase and we booked flights to America chase was very good I would give him 5 star's well done hays travel.

Chase took so much time with us and explained the process with checking in with Ryanair baggage allowance and once in krakow where our hotel was. We’re both in our seventies and are more confident we’re going to have a fantastic trip

I enquired with Hays travel about hen do destinations for a large group for summer 2027. Chase from Hays travel Aberdeen helped me so much, they offered advice and recommendations on different destinations and accommodated all of our requests and stuck to our budget. We’d been emailing back and forth for about 2.5-3 weeks to get every little detail perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Chase is so friendly, knowledgeable and put me totally at ease while trying to organise such an important trip! 10/10 customer service and I’d 100% book through Chase again!

Aibigail was the Travel agent who dealt with our holiday booking, she was very pleasant,friendly, knowledgable efficient, even helped us with the Hays holiday cash card, & means I have no concern about any 'problems' that may arise with our holiday.

We entered Hays travel shop in Aberdeen and the travel agent Kim made us feel very welcome
We discussed our needs with her and she immediately went into action giving us several options to pick from which we did
There was no pressure sales and we we home to discuss which option we would take
Kim called us the next day to give us updates on our choices and we proceeded to purchase our holiday
Would definitely go back to HAYS Travel again
