As usual my experience of using Hays Travel is very informative and helpful and the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to find you a suitable holiday. The main thing that appeals to me being elderly and not used to booking online, is Hays do everything for you from start to finish. I would hesitate to book a holiday with anyone other than Hays in the future.
