I had to cancel a trip to Australia because of the conflict in the Middle East and Ruby at Hays found me a new route via the USA, supported me through the process as I had to get new visas etc and booked it all within four days. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful and made a difficult week a lot better.

The lady jamie-leigh was really helpful with all the questions i had and came back to me with the answers. Even after I've booked a holiday she's still helping me.

Jamie Lee was very helpful and very patient with all the questions we asked. She happily did the cruise comparisons that we requested enabling us to make our final decision.

Amy was brilliant, she was patient and met all of our needs.

We were struggling to identify good locations to meet the needs of all in our party, browsing online, so decided to go to Hays Travel for advice, as they were recommended to us. It was a really positive experience as they carefully listened to what we were looking for before guiding us through a number of possible holidays. We felt unhurried and came away with some great options, one of which we booked through them later in the day. We really benefited from their good knowledge of the areas we were considering. As they took care of all the booking details it was also very hassle free. A holiday is a big cost and some knowledgeable help to ensure the right choices is such a good idea.

The assistant name Ruby was very good at finding holiday and explained everything in detail, she took her time looking at what was best for us, I have fully recommended her to my friends, who are booking this week
Last year we were pressurised into going to cape verde and we were very ill was not told about the out break of food poisoning and people had died
