Hays Travel - Allerton Reviews 

We spoke to Jenny who has helped us with previous bookings. As well as being pleasant and friendly, she is also very knowledgeable and has personal experience of a lot of places. Whilst Jenny was talking to us, a young man sitting at another desk kindly made us a cup of tea.

Helpful staff

Hays Travel booked us a four night holiday to Turin. The actual flight went to Malpensa Airport Terminal 2, which is near Milan. By the time we had landed in Milan, gone through passport control, picked up cases, got to Terminal 1 to get the train to Milan Central, all onward public transportation had ceased for the night necessitating spending the first night in a hotel in Milan. The possibility of this happening was never explained to us. Nor was the journey distance of 150 km ever mentioned. We are 4 pensioners, the youngest being 71 but apparently Hays Travel have no obligation to duty of care on city breaks

Booked are holiday on Monday from Hays Travel Allerton Road branch they are all so lovely in there they take time with you and make you feel at ease wouldn’t go anywhere else to book.
