We found all the staff at Hays travel very polite and friendly. When we inadvertently got the wrong date for our booking Arran kindly changed it very quickly for us.

A Pleasure to book
Thought we did well only booking one holiday on this day but as I write a second review it must answer the question.....Kelly searched through a myriad of destinations hotels and interesting things to do...to find what appears to be a good match for the following year so as per normal parted with money again not a bad thing for us as a couple though, (club card would be nice speak to the Duchess Kelly please)......ps still No chance yet for Arran and his travel buddy 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂👍👍👍👍👍

Arran provided answers to all our questions. He was friendly,polite and attentive.
It is very beneficial to have a local point of call with face to face communication. It makes all the difference to know you have a personal point of call.
The only down side was the nearness of other customers booking which made it difficult to hear the agent from Fred olsen on the phone.

I was greeted by Lewis when I walked into Allestree Travel Agent. He did our booking and was brilliant. He gave us a few options and continued to communicate with me. He answered all my queries and was very efficient with the whole booking process from start to end.
