Holiday Booking
It was very busy in the shop so had to wait over an hour to be seen .
Once we sat down with Lewis though, the booking process and help and advice given were excellent and seamless.

Haven't used a travel agent for years
Haven't used a travel agent for years. As we needed assisted travel and adapted rooms decided to try one. Lewis was brilliant. Went through several locations finding the best for limited mobility with great flight times and transfers. Chose one and it was booked and confirmed in minutes

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got the holiday we wanted at a good price. Managed to sort out price parity with P and O even though it wasn’t coming up on your system as the same amount
