Emmie was so helpful from start to finish! No question was too much and offered some very good advice for our trip would 100% recommend booking with Hays travel 😃

My partner and I have used Hays as our travel agent for the past two years and, overall, we’ve always found the team to be welcoming, helpful and reassuring, especially when we were new to booking holidays abroad. We did have one experience over the phone that didn’t reflect their usual standards. My partner called with a genuine query and felt the response was dismissive and somewhat condescending, which left us feeling a bit uncomfortable at the time.

However, after leaving feedback, the store manager contacted me directly to apologise and to better understand what had happened. I was really appreciative of how professionally and seriously this was handled. It was clear they genuinely wanted to take the feedback on board and use it as an opportunity to improve. Because of that response, it’s reassuring to see how much they value customer service and feedback. This has definitely helped restore our confidence, and we appreciate the effort made to address the situation.

Staff so happy, friendly and approachable, can have a laugh and banter with them, always happy to help with good knowledge of destinations, areas to visit, hotels etc will always check other flights/ operators etc for best deal and price. Easy booking process and with no rushing

Hays Travel, Allestree are always happy to sort every aspect of your holiday out for you. Example, if going on cruise. They will organise your coach travel. Help you with check in, and print your luggage labels.

The staff in the Allestree store are always pleasant and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them to look at for you. We have found their advice to be very accurate when it comes to picking a destination.

Great Service. Kelly and her team had nothing but our best interest at heart. Super knowledgeable and not just about the type of holidays and destinations but also the, in our case cruise companies and ships. And we got the best deal. I don’t think we’ll ever try and book something without their help again

This is our second time booking with Lewis, we did get another quote from another company but came back to Lewis for the customer service.
It was a year since we last booked our holiday and he remembered us, our names and our interests and our sense of humour which he matched perfectly.
We couldn’t have asked for better advice, information, suggestions and friendliness. He is a great credit to Hayes.
He understood our work commitments to be able to get back to him and he was also so polite and welcoming.
Nothing was too much bother, he is always so happy to help.
Emails are also so personal that he makes us feel very important and cared about.
