As usual the staff in Hays Alloa are so helpful. Christopher managed to find exactly the style of holiday we wanted and a price we could afford. They don't push or cajole you and We always leave very happy customers.

As usual Margo was superb.Very efficient. She booked exactly what I wanted.Everyone in the Alloa branch is so helpful and lovely to talk to. They seem to have more time for their customers than a lot of shops. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to book my travel. So much better than trying to do it myself online.

Margo very knowledgeable re cruises and was more than happy to look at options for us to get us what we wanted at a fab price. Margo, Marie and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming in the store too.

The travel consultant (Jodie) from Hays Travel, Alloa, was excellent and extremely helpful. On our initial visit we explained where we wanted to visit, type of accomodation and standard we required along with time of year. Jodie researched our request and provided us with several options. This afforded us to carryout out reviews and read about the hotels and local area. We returned to Hays Travel and discussed our preferred options and booked the holiday. Perfect service and nothing was an issue. Two delighted customers.
