Quite simply it was Sasha who booked the holiday for us she was absolutely brilliant helping us choose the holiday and insurance.My wife and myself aren't seasoned travellers so we need help with everything and Sasha gave it in abundance.It's a pleasure going to the shop in Alnwick everyone is so pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful help from Sasha, helped us with all our questions and room choice. Not pushy at all to sell us anything just informative and really knowledgeable.
