We have used Amanda on a few occasions previously and continue to do so because she is so easy to deal with and nothing is too difficult for her to handle. I have M.S. and require airport assistance and adapted rooms etc. and she takes all the stress out of it by sorting it out for me

I had attended the shop in Bridge Street and found the management were not interested and did not go out of their way to find anything, as such I contacted Amanda as I had dealt with her previously and felt she was very professional.

Decent service from Amanda at Hays Travel, though not outstanding. She was professional and accommodated changes, but overall experience was average. The process went smoothly, yet it lacked anything particularly impressive. Nothing terrible, but nothing exceptional either. Would consider using her again in the future, but wouldn't necessarily recommend definitively.
