Tracey in Arbroath was fantastic
Tracey was fantastic with helping us find our first family holiday. Kids are 10 & 12 and not been abroad before so needed something that would entertain them and somewhere that had enough space for us all in one room.
We went in with no real idea of where wanted to go or what was going to suit us best. Tracey’s knowledge of the areas and the hotels that she has visited herself of regularly books for customers was great and eased us making our final decision

All the members of staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We went in when it was quiet so were able to have a bit of input from all members who were in. Tracey dealt with our booking and was excellent. The booking process was so easy and stress free.
