Holiday to Italy
We arranged our holiday in Italy with Tracey at Hays Travel in Arbroath. She was so helpful and provided lots of information about various possible destinations. She also took into account the fact that we were reluctant to go to certain destinations which really helped to put my mind at rest. The process was so easy and Tracey provided us with information relating to our holiday flights as well as our destination.
We would definitely go back to Hays Travel when booking our next holiday.

My agent was Tracy
My agent was Tracy, she was an absolute breath of fresh air!
She honestly looked at so many hotels with me going through all the options and I settled on a recommendation that she made it was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for.
She took her time with me and made me feel valued even though the queue behind me was lengthy.
We normally arrange our holidays online but after this experience I would 100% use Hays in the future!
