Friendly helpful staff. Nothing a problem. Staff update us regularly on our bookings. Our original meeting was with Sharon the manageress who contacted Newmarket holidays as we were wanting 3 single rooms. We were very impressed how quickly Newmarket replied. Sharon contacted us to say the rooms were available. Sharon was on day off when we went to pay but saw Aleasha who efficiently secured our booking and sent me all relevant documents later that afternoon.

I have always had the best service from this company and would never consider using any other as the staff are always friendly and give you all the time you need

The girl in the shop was lovely and very helpful, and my wife has used her before , and we went through all the details together with no bother 👌

Rob was absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable professional and very helpful getting us the bespoke package we wanted

I recently booked a holiday with Hays Travel in Ashington and had a really positive experience. The service was very efficient and friendly from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

I was also considering upgrading, but the advice I received was honest and helpful rather than pushy. They helped me realise that what I had already booked offered the level of luxury I was looking for, which I really appreciated.

They also kindly noted that they will contact the hotel nearer the time to let them know about our celebration and my vegan requirements, which is a thoughtful touch and made me feel really well looked after.

It’s refreshing to receive genuine guidance with your best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.
