Smiles as soon as we walked through the door
We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked through the door.
The staff were friendly especially Robert (ROB) at your Ashington branch.
He was extremely patient while we decided which location was going to be our best choice. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area we choose and went through the plus and cons of both areas.
We are more then happy with our decision and looking forward to having our first holiday alone just the two of us after years of family holidays to make it even more special its for my birthday so win win holiday.

Experience made simple with Rob!
The booking process was so easy start to finish, I popped in to see Rob with a few ideas in my head of where we wanted to go as a family we were just waiting to firm up people coming & dates. Popped back to see Rob the next day who was fab and so helpful and informative on helping us choose the right location and room types for our requirements.

Best staff at Ashington
I always try to use the same lady she knows so well and is brilliant at her job. HT has to be the best agent in our area , I’ve been in some travel agents who seem too stuffy and don’t make me feel as welcome.

I was making enquiry ref a cruise, I was given all the information I requested, and given time too go away and discuss cost with my partner, I then called to book my holiday, Sharon was very patient with my enquiry to book my own cabin, and assisted me with doing so.
