Emma Strong did a great job in sorting out our holiday. She put together al the places we wanted to visit and explained it all very clearly. She gave us options on upgrades and excursions. She has a very warm and friendly manner and was very patient when it took a while for the payment to go through. She is a real credit to your company.

Was greeted as soon as I went in, but no pressure. Spoke at length to the young man in the shop, he listened to what I wanted and my concerns.
Found a holiday which I am really looking forward to.

There were three very young staff working and we had a great rapport as I’d several things to look at and address. Theo (19!) intelligent, articulate and lovely and the young lady (18) whose name I can’t pronounce equally a credit to your company. Found me exactly what I was seeking. Sorted plane seats and boarding for another trip and all funny and great conversationally. A credit to you.
