The staff were friendly and welcoming. We discussed ideas and Jess from Aylesbury was anttentive and listened to our needs. A wonderful holiday was booked and Jess amended the itinerary and made suggestions to ensure we had the best experience. She was great at communicating with us and was very professional.

Very Helpful and efficient.
I have not used many travel agents before, and thought most had dissappeared...but I went into Hays Travel in Aylesbury last year and asked Alice about Vietnam.
Amazingly she had just returned from there and gave me excellent advice.
Our 3 week tour of Vietnam, Cambodia & Bangkok was well organised, was environmentally aware, and being a small tour group made it a friendly personal tour. Thank you Hays Travel.

Holiday Help
We went into branch and had no real idea where we wanted to go. Theo was amazing and so helpful. He was patient and gave us different ideas and places to go that we hadn’t thought of.
Went back the following day after mulling over several places and booked a holiday with them. Would highly recommend Hays Travel.

Holiday booked to Italy
I spoke to Theo, who was really helpful. He called the Tour company and got all the information I needed and I was able to book my holiday at the same time. He also organised my travel insurance. Theo is a very polite,cheerful and helpful young man.

Popped in to discuss a forthcoming bespoke holiday and within a couple of hours it was booked and deposit paid. Emma and her colleague were so friendly and helpful and put together everything we wanted within the budget we gave her. Will definitely use again for future holidays
