Booked our first cruise with Louise at Hays Travel in Ayr. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with great advice on cruising. She kept us well informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions that we had. Will continue to book all our holidays with them.

Knowledgeable staff who are very helpful & patient with customers who aren’t quite sure what they want.
We had co-ordinated booking with one couple flying from Glasgow & the other couple flying from Birmingham all done & paperwork printed and checked, with dates for payment etc. We have used the Ayr branch several times and are reluctant to book elsewhere.

At the age of nearly 67, I went into Hays Travel Agents in Ayr to book a cruise for the very first time. I was a bit apprehensive because I've never been on a cruise before and this cruise to the Norwegian Fjords means a lot to me. It is something I was supposed to be doing in 2020 with 3 people who have since died.
Nicola was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful . We laughed and cried and got the booking made. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Hay's travel. This cruise was on my bucket list and I am so glad I'm getting to do it. Photography is my absolute passion and I can't wait to see the Fjords. Thank you Nicola.
