I left with a smile
I came into my nearest shop after scrolling for hours at home with no luck finding any good flight times or what we were looking for, Kay listened and gave me other options I hadn't thought of and we managed to book my holiday with ease for less money by choosing a different airport to fly with, I certainly left feeling valued and smiling!
