Customer service and booking via messenger
I have never booked an abroad holiday for my family on my own before, find it overwhelming. But I seen a Facebook post for disney land and messaged via messenger and it was picked up very quick. Any additional questions were answered and the agent karen made the whole process smooth and easy, she was also very friendly and helpful which was appreciated. The customer service was excellent on the phone and through messenger.
