Very helpful staff. Leah dealt with us. She took a lot of time finding a holiday suitable for us. Couldn’t recommend her more.

I phoned in relation to a social media post about a cruise and was greeted by a lovely lady who was really helpful, answered all my questions, and rang me back when she had said she would. She stayed on line while I went through the process of paying the deposit which was above and beyond. I will definitely use this branch again.

Answering the phones quickly is under-rated and Hays answered quickly. A friendly voice is also under-rated.
They kept answered my questions and kept in touch via email.

I have used Hays Travel Banbridge a few times and Leanne always goes above and beyond to assist in booking my holidays. Nothing is ever a bother to her, she is always very pleasant and mannerly and has great knowledge of locations to assist me in finding the best resort to suit my family’s requirements

Roxy was just brilliant. We went in having no idea on where to go for our Honeymoon. She gave us recommendations and helped us choose our cruise. She was so excited for us and in turn made us feel excited for our up and coming Honeymoon!

I can’t recommend Leah enough. We’ve been back and forth over the course of the week sorting out hoilday plans! & she priced a range of different holidays and extras that I asked about.. nothing was ever a problem-no matter what I asked her to look into. She never once made me feel pressured into booking anything, Always offered great advice, and was extremely attentive in responding to emails and phone calls! Can’t wait for our hoilday! Thanks Leah!
