All your staff at Bangor were very helpful knowledgeable friendly and very efficient. We booked with ease and very quickly, and had a very good price will be definitely booking with you again and telling all our family and friends, we will also bring as many discount vouchers home with us so u can give them to other clients thank you for sorting out assistance and seats together on the plane taking the stress of sorting everything out ourselves.

Efa in the Bangor travel agent very pleasant,friendly and helpful took us through all the paperwork efficiently,also Sharon explained in detail regarding the Hays Travel currency card which I took out .

The staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient, it was a pleasure doing business in this shop. nothing seem to be any trouble and I did not feel pressured into making a purchase.

Excellent service from a very friendly and helpful lady at the agency. She made everything easy and gave some great advice for our holiday. Booking with a travel agent is so much nicer and more personal than doing it online. Highly recommended.

Efa was great with helping me find a great city break for my husband's 40th. There was some confusion once booked regarding the airport we were flying into, but Efa was eager to help change destinations, & provide support with public transport options, as this was an issue I had with Jet2 not Hays Travel. Sarah made me aware of VIP travel money rates. Overall I would highly recommend booking with Hays Travel in Bangor
