I went to Hays with the thought of…
I went to Hays with the thought of holiday in Italy next year but wanted to visit a few places while there, Vanda took all details and dates and after a few days had me all sorted, Im visiting all the places I wanted to go and flights from local airport, fab hotels, internal trains from one place to another and a guided tour of pompeii with lunch included in sorrento.....cant wait to go, all thanks to Vanda at Hays

Great service
We had to wait for an available rep, while at waiting we were offered drinks etc. so a great start. When a rep was available she (Amilia) was superb. She listened to what we wanted and found us a perfect holiday.

Hi thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my thoughts...
I tried to book my holiday on two occasions, both occasions the branch was shut for lunch . ( Went on different times ).When I finally got into the branch ,I had to wait due to only 1 member of staff been there .
Lucy was excellent, tailored to my needs ,as I was confirming 1 booking Id already had, and booking a new holiday.
She went above and beyond even thou we was getting interrupted due out the booking , as the phones where ringing.A customer wanted confirmation on his holiday ,etc etc .
I was very disappointed as my holiday had gone up £120, which I wouldn't have been paying if I had the opportunity to book when I first visit , due to P&O having 1st week sale/discount,launching the new broucher.... Can honestly say this branch is welcoming and professional even thou it's under staffed .
