We went in store in the Alhambra Centre and were greeted by Corrine, she was absolutely lovely, really friendly and professional, going through a few holidays for us to find something suitable. We went home to ponder on it and then went back in to book. We saw Corrine again and once again, she was lovely, very warm and friendly. We will happily book through Hays again. Unfortunately TUI let us down badly with a 6.5 hour delay on our outbound flight, meaning we missed the first day of our holiday. Hays were fab though.

Terri’s customer service was second to none.
The service we received from Terri was second to none. She deserves more than a five star rating. We asked her to find us an available cruise with an accessible cabin and the need of an evacuation chair as my wife is a wheelchair user.
