The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and take time to explain options.

Jodie our agent was efficient and helpful. She listened to our requirements and gave us choices and pursued the hotel to make sure our requests ( we are elderly clients with medical needs) were met.

We couldn't book the holiday we wanted, shelley at Hays Barnsley, took the time to get us a few quotes together for alternative city breaks, and a few days later we booked.. Shelley was very polite, friendly and extremely patient. She is a credit to Hays.

Myself, my sister in-law and my friend all went to find a holiday to suit all of us with our partners and my 9 yesr old Grandson who is Down Syndrome and Autistic.
The young lady, Olivia was amazing! She spent three hours sorting our holiday out. She actually did everything possible to find our perfect holiday. She was very experienced and confident throughout the whole process! She went above and beyond her duties to accommodate every one of our needs, showing us photo's of the area, beaches, places to visit, places to eat and told us of her own experiences when she visited Cala D'or.
We were all extremely satisfied with how she helped find the perfect accommidation and area that met all our needs! She sorted the assisstance travel for 3 of our party. And explained about the VIP card we could get to get the best Euro rate. Aslo gave us the contact number for our insurance needs.
We can't thank her enough! Olivia could not have been more helpful in a professional and friendly way! All the other staff were also friendly.
We now can't wait for our holiday, thank you Olivia and all the staff at Hays Travel in Barnlsey.
