Booking through Hays travel
Having booked several cruses through Hays travel I find the service Friendly and professional with my questions answered and explained to my satisfaction. We even had time for me to chat about my previous cruises. The last cruise was with a Hays representative on board which turned out to be a god send as we had an issue with the weather with flight's having to be rebooked which was all done on board seamlessly.

Family holiday
Tayla at the barry branch was friendly, honest and helpful and helped me make a good choice. I gave her 4 options of the detestations and she went through each one in order for me to book a family holiday. Excellent customer service and very thorough. 10/10
