I haven’t used a travel agent in years
I haven’t used a travel agent in years, but after being recommended to try Hays Travel Bicester, I’m so glad I did! The service was brilliant from start to finish. I wasn’t the easiest customer, as I didn’t want to leave until we had booked something, especially as the island we originally wanted wasn’t possible due to timings and costs in the current climate.
The team were so patient, helpful, and professional, and they helped us find another beautiful Greek island instead 🏝️
No more stress searching for holidays — everything has been taken care of by Hays, which made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.
Fantastic customer service, and I’ll definitely be using them again. I can’t wait to get away now 🛫🏖️☀️🌊
