You provided for us a holiday that we were looking for.
We did ask for assistance at the airport for myself but I see no notice about that our paper work.

I just hays travel nothing is to much trouble the girls who work in there are absolutely brilliant they treat every customer the same always friendly always with a smile and so helpful I will always book with hays in Bicester because everytime you get 💯 percent the girls are second to none brilliant

Jasmine was fabulous, so helpful when we booked with her. The second time we have used the Bicester Branch of Hays Travel. Easy, personable and efficient. Going to be our ‘go to’ now for all our upcoming adventures 😀

Very helpful and friendly staff.Prepared to resolve any questions or issues that we raised.Disappointed with usa agent as after being given a quote it was constant add ons,eg oh didn't book your luggage for on going flight that will cost you another 30 dollars each,only one driver booked for fly drive so another extra to add husband and so on.
