Time taken to ensure our requirements were what we were asking for

The ladies were all great

Katie, Dina and Jackie were all so helpful in finding a holiday to fit with our calendar and budget, and resolved a situation as if it were their own vacation, when an unexpected flight change meant we could not accept the alternative timings and faced losing our deposit through no fault of our own. Thank you all for your excellent customer service and professionalism!! Well done Biggleswade Ladies :o)

Great to speak face to face to find best places to go from their experiences and they handled everything for my holiday purchase right through to printing off boarding passes.

Time taken by the agent ( Dina) to ensure we had exactly what we desired as our ideal break , no rush or pressure applied in anyway . Also attention given to detail as to our personal requirements when we are to travel to and from destination plus our stay at the resort . This is the first holiday of its type we have booked and appreciated the experience and knowledge of the agent . Thank you

Despite having several friends who are used to cruises & who had explained a few things & even suggested I speak to a travel agent, I soon realized what a 'minefield' the whole process was.....
So heeded their advice.
How glad was I....
I still done my own research & took this along to Biggleswade where I was warmly welcomed by Dina who explained my options, best times for my location & the formalities of dining with different cruise lines.
I left her with all the information that I had gathered & came home to research further.
Over the course of several phone calls I came to a decision & was happy to book through her rather than direct as the prices were the same.....
I also felt better protected by using a travel agent.
Thank you Dina for your patience in answering my many questions.

My daughter is one of your managers so I might be biased but I think she would put the same effort into helping all her customers get the right result😊
