The staff are really lovely in Biggleswade hays travel.
If I have one criticisms it is certain information! We were told on a short city break to Barcelona we would t have to book it wouldn’t be busy! It was very busy! You need to down load the segrada app on you phone and book tickets. It would have been better to have done this at home before we left. You could the. Book in the hotel on line when you arrived.
Also most parts of Barcelona have areas just like London so if you find out where you are it makes train and bus travel much easier to use.

Was very happy in branch but not told about having to pay an extra nearly £70 per person to choose seats on the plane..I feel a bit cheated about this and have emailed customer services who are yet to reply..another disappointment
