I wouldn’t use any other travel agent - the girls are so nice - friendly and knowledgeable- having a real person as a contact is essential for me - I prefer having someone who is on hand makes the whole travel experience more personal

Fab service
Fab service very helpful cant remember the ladies name that I spoke to on the phone. But she was brilliant. Very patient when I couldn't get the payment to go through. She even gave me some tips about where to go on a day trip.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, understood the requirements perfectly. First visit to Biggleswade branch as moved from St Albans, but found our details on file! Holiday booked to Cape Verde, very happy!

I am a new client to this company in Biggleswade . I was welcome by one of the assistant , which was very friendly and helpful . She managed to get me a booking for North Wales Highlands Islands for 5 nights . It was good but because of late booking three and a half weeks away it was a bit pricey , I booked it only because it is my Granddaughter’s birthday on the 26/7/2025 . I will make sure next time I will book early .

Sienna’s fantastic service!
Sienna at Biggleswade was very informative about the different countries we could possibly choose for our destination in Sept 2026 as were undecided on where we wanted to go. She gave us some quotes which took home to ponder over. Sienna email us other holidays she had found for us even after we returned home. She went out of her way to continue emailing and then phoning us throughout our Saturday answering any questions we had. Sienna was extremely patient with us throughout this process. We finally chose our holiday in Turkey and booked it. Fantastic service 👏🤞
