Imogen from the Birtley store was amazing yet again! She went to great lengths not only to find me the hotels and location I wanted but also she got me a pretty good and comparable price for my long haul holiday. She was very patient and I can only imagine she was very tempted to pull her hair out while dealing with my ‘demands’!
