Very friendly, courteous staff who handle any query with knowledge and professionalism.
Our second time of booking a cruise with Imogen at Birtley Hayes travel and every stage is handled efficiently and promptly,including the coach transfer down to Southampton, I would recommend Hayes to future travellers.
