Everything is good but what I don’t understand is when you book a all inclusive holiday and then you get told you only can have 3 alcohol drinks a day that’s not all inclusive

This branch is quite possibly the best branch for outstanding customer care. Jill and Imogen without fail always go above and beyond. I can't recommend you enough. If you want somewhere you can trust, with people who listen, and a stres free booking process, then this is without a doubt the branch to book in.

There wasn’t a question our agent Shaun couldn’t answer and we asked many. We had no idea where we wanted to go and this meant many many options being searched for and sent to us by Shaun, and we fine tuned from there to find our perfect holiday. We realised we could find it cheaper with the company, so of course Shaun sorted a price match. Wholly worth it for the personal customer service experience we got from Shaun rather than direct with the company even at the same price. I’ve no doubt we’ll be looking at upgrades etc nearer the time and I’m confident Shaun will be able to organise this with ease. We’ve already tasked him with searching for the city breaks we hope to plan for this year…thank you Shaun, couldn’t have done it without you, saved me 9 hours of research as chief organiser for our group.
