Booked a holiday with Olivia, at Bishop Auckland, Hays Travel and it was honestly really easy. Olivia is always smiling and friendly, she takes the time to help me find something that suited what I wanted without making it complicated.
Olivia explained everything clearly, so I always knew what I was booking and what was included. It didn’t feel stressful at all, which is exactly what you want when sorting a holiday.
