Exceptional staff all round. Great team work in finding a fab holiday for my husband and I. Really took their time in helping us. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. Quality service which is a rarity nowadays.

Cruising made easy
Made what can be tricky extremerly difficult so easy. Patient with 3 old ladies. Completed the booking explained everything to us. 3 happy ladies. Found accounts on P@O which we were unable to access. Looking forward to working with staff again.

Megan was fantastic helping me to choose and book my cruise and had good suggestions for tours at the different ports. She gave fab advice and will only talk to her when I go in tomorrow to sort out insurance as very comfortable with her, even if I have to wait. Have also booked cruises before and am taking out insurance and currency again with Hays
