Friendly competent and knowledgeable.
The staff were friendly, competent and knowledgeable. We were given several good offers, all within our budget and timeframe, and they were able to organise pickup, parking and insurance as well. We will definitely be using their services again.

Mollie was so welcoming
Mollie was so welcoming, smiley, friendly and very patient. Mollie listened carefully to our requirements (trains, hotels and cruise) and got back to us with a quote. I was not able to see the first person I spoke as she was celebrating her birthday.
But much appreciated that she had rang me to see if I was still going to book.
My booking was dealt with very efficiently,with plenty of help as I am not very good with new technology.
