A pleasure to book with Hays travel. Steph at the Blackburn branch knows exactly what l require for my booking. Within ten minutes my hotel, flights and everything are taken care of. And, always polite, as are the rest of the staff. It’s a great company to deal with, and they listen, and try and get you the best possible deal.
