Second time booking with Hays Blackburn. Again, amazing customer service, got the size of the hotel we wanted, with the board basis, and most importantly, within the budget we wanted. The advisor, Jill, had the patience of a saint as both me and the Mrs can be quite picky.

Great bunch of staff
Hays travel Blackurn is such a friendly place filled with a lovely bunch of staff. They are more like friends and it's our go to place to book to go on our travels 2 or 3 times a year. The service is always top notch with a painless booking process
