Rhona is amazing at her job! She helped us book 2 holidays to Kos - one very soon and the other for 2027. Despite actually being on the Bureau de Change, she managed to multitask! Rhona checked out all the queries we had and got back to us with the information. She was polite, professional and friendly. A real asset to Hays Travel. Thank you Rhona.

Went Sunday 31st to Look at Holiday and Booked a week in Rhodes with Great help from Jocleyn

The lady who did our booking was lovely however after paying a £500 deposit it turned out she had booked the wrong year. This resulted in a complete change of holiday . She apologised many times and I think she was embarrassed
