Booking with a gift voucher.
The assistant was most helpful, guided us to make our choice and carried out the booking. We had a gift voucher which was soon to expire so we had to be decisive. Although the assistant did not have much experience in redeeming a gift voucher she made it her business to find out from colleagues and head office the process, so that our payment could proceed.

Talia who booked our holiday in Bolton was friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and professional who went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up on our phones. To be fair we have booked many holidays here and have always received great service from every travel advisor!
