Great Travel Agents
Lovely, patient agent who listened to requirements and found the best place and price for me. I actually booked two holidays as i was so impressed.
The only negative was how slow the computer systems were but that wasn't the fault if the agent and she still apologised for this.

Professional, helpful and friendly!
I was looked after by Kathleen who is a lovely young lady in training. She is friendly, honest, was willing to help and find me the best flights and very professional. She had the support of her store manager Gemma so I felt like I was in safe hands.

Stress free and excellent prices,
I always had the idea Hays travel would be a lot more expensive than other holiday outlets, simply because they deal with most of them, and Hays take away the hassle. how wrong I was, because of their name and franchise with the big holiday companies they offered me a lower price than I could find myself, I feel like I’ve beat the banker. I will be back! 😊
