Chloe made booking our holiday to madeira extremely easy and was very thorough in making sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more. Extremely knowledgeable and very efficient.

I called in to enquire about a trip to Dublin. I don't carry my cards with me as I have Google pay advisor found a holiday for me, but as they are unable to take Google pay,(other travel companies take Google pay in store) could only give me a screenshot of deal. I said I would return the next day with a payment card. The had to rebook the trip and the flight prices had changed. I don't see why they can't give you a quote even if it's only valid for a limited time.

The staff at Hays Travel are so friendly and helpful. Chloe who booked our holiday is so knowledgeable and offered us great advice when we asked about flight times and package deals.

Chloe gave us great advice about the airport lounge before boarding, which is something we hadn’t thought about before. We decided to book it and realised that it would be a great start to our holiday. Thank you Hays you were really helpful

Lyndsey was very friendly and polite. Really helped make our choice for our holiday. She appeared very experienced and was knowledgeable on the area we chose. She called when we agreed and we booked over the phone. Very easy and convenient. She answered any questions we had and even helped download the app

Went in with no idea where to go. Olivia was very patient and understanding with 4 adults and 2 children to cater for. She weighed up our needs as to what we wanted and didn’t want. She was soon on it and in no time at all we had our holiday booked, meeting all our requests. Would definitely recommend Hays travel.
